Policy

A cancellation fee will be issued to any client (signer or company) that cancels or reschedules within two hours of the confirmed appointment time. A cancellation may also occur if the client is unable to verify the required ID, documents are not sent in a timely manner, signer is a no-show to the appointment, etc. The cancellation fee ensures that the Notary will be paid for their reserved time.

Cancelation Policy rights and responsibilities.

1. To cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
1. If you do not provide at least 3 hours notice of cancelation, you may be charged a cancelation fee of $75.
2. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice of cancelation, you may be charged a no-show fee of $75.
   
2. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss availability.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services to any individual who repeatedly cancels or reschedules their appointments without providing adequate notice.
